Do you need a Summer job? The McDonald’s applications entire process is probably the fastest application turn around time that you will encounter in your quest to find a job this Summer. Time is running out, and so is the Summer. Why the McDonald’s application? Well for one, this is the fastest processed application out in the job market. I currently work as a job counselor for teenagers and young adults and I can tell you that the feedback it overwhelming as to their processing speed.

Having said that, let me say this, they do complete background checks and they do offer some what of an over-all application scan and check. Meaning, that they do check the information that you place on those McDonald’s applications. So I would be truthful and factual. The last thing that you want is a glitch or something that they perceive to be a deception on your part and a hold up to the process. That is something that they would most certainly frown upon and more than likely will cause your McDonald’s application and job pursuit to end dead in its tracks. Anyone can make a mistake on a hand-written application, just make sure that you go over the application and do not submit one that you do not think is absolutely perfect, take your time! The main ingredient to your application for your McDonald’s job is most certainly (2) two letters of recommendation. Where can you get these? I would certainly start in your school, teachers are the best and most qualified people to give a recommendation letter based on your past performance in an environment that will have to encompass the concept of team work, dedication, and leadership skills. I would not submit more than (2) two of these, and always keep the originals for any future job employments that may arise. Applying for a job, regardless of the company can be a pretty nerve racking process, but it does not have to be. Remember that confidence is something that the prospective employer will never forget, if he or she sees it. Applying for a job is easy, and searching for one just got easier! The McDonald’s Job!
