McDonalds application – 1.5 Million employees cannot be wrong. While reading some very informative material recently, I found myself inspired by a concept that enables a person to soar to higher heights, this company succeeds in every way.

The concept of adding value to everything you do is an incredible and powerful concept and one that will allow you to excel in every place that will hire you as an employee. The material that I am trying to express, was focused on business and what this concept will do to you for the success of your employment. Another way of looking at this concept is in the idea of doing more than is expected, and what employee could go wrong with that. The main reason being for the self growth of the employee. That is why I recommend the McDonalds job application.

The concept is to basically do more than that which you are compensated to do, I know that this is not the easiest thing to do, but in the end you will reap the rewards. I myself have been in a job where perhaps my best was being overlooked, but I guarantee that in the end all the means will connect and you will be compensated. As an employee becomes more and more recognized for doing more, the employee will gain much more than a monetary compensation. and be looked as a team player.

The McDonalds price menu allows families to splurge more than they would in another restaurant, and this makes this fast food restaurant more acceptable to families. In this job you will be serving families and their visits will continue to allow this company to grow, lets face it few other restaurants predict what their future will be more than this one, with the families at their center of focus. Ray Kroc, the founder of this company once said, “you will go places that you will not believe.” A McDonalds application will get you started!

Every once in a while, there comes along a company like this that can take a young teenager at the beginning of a career and mold that kid into an employee that parents, communities, and the place of employment can be proud of. Let’s face it, you are not going to get rich working for this company, not right away any how. But I am here to tell you that there is no better first job. Not to mention a job like this where the process is pretty fast, making this a fast hiring job. I myself worked for this company many moons ago and it was a turning event for me. This fast food giant was there to embrace me, when as a junior in high school, I needed to get the finances rolling. Thanks to the opportunity from filling out my McDonalds application, I was able to experience my senior year in high school with my very own first car. This job helped exposed my not-so-good traits, but enhanced my skills, knowledge, strengths, more importantly.

Upon introspection, I realized that I was a highly motivated, service-oriented, employee, and I am forever grateful to the job and my supervisors for having pointed that out, and helping me to release those positive traits in the work force. I turned out the filling out that application turned out to be the best step I have ever taken. Shake those insecurities, and understand that life has many different stages, and work unless you are rich is one of those stages. Once you start the cycle you cannot stop it. Along with a job comes independence, and unfortunately, independence costs money. Kind of ironic, huh?

“Who do you want to be?” believe me when I tell you that this job has helped mold many of America’s youth. Food, drinks, and families, the job brings it all to the table. Now all you have to do is take the final step and fill out the McDonalds application, what do you have to lose?

The McDonalds application is getting ready to get filled out at an incredible pace in the next couple of weeks, as Summer closes in. Teenagers everywhere will be seeking employment in an already tight job market, thanks primarily to the on going recession. Why is the hottest job for teenagers? Well for one the number of employees that are employed worldwide rivals 1.5 million. To quote one of the best lines that I have ever written, “1.5 million employees cannot be wrong!”

Teenagers, if I can offer you what will probably be the best advice that anyone can or will give you on a job site, it would be this. Go right now, while you are still in school and get with two or three of your current teachers and kindly ask them to please write you a letter of recommendation that you will eventually use for the McDonalds application or any other place of employment in the fast food industry. This is a very lost art in the employment field, probably due to the necessity and the urgency that prospective employees have to obtain a job.

These letters should somewhat resound the following sentiment, the above mentioned person has been observed by me for the last year and has displayed a great amount of leadership in the following fields. Team work, hard working, works well independently, and any other key points that teachers observed. Do not procrastinate and wait until the last moment, as other students may make similar request and you want to give the teacher or school administrator or even PTA rep enough time to formulate the letters. If you employ this tactic when you submit your McDonalds application for your McDonalds job, there is no reason to believe that you will not stand above the pack. As always I wish you the best in all your future job endeavors.

Since I targeted teenagers in this article, for those of you that are not teenagers, this will also work for you and perhaps you can target past employers for those same letters of recommendation for a similar edge.
